Prepare material:

Peanut 100g

Corn oil 90g

White sugar 70g

Egg liquid 50g

Low-gluten wheat flour 200g

Baking powder 2g

Baking soda 1g

Black sesame seeds 10g


Step:

1.Crush peanuts with a meat grinder,taking care not to make the grains too large.

  

2.Break an egg into a bowl and add white sugar.

3.Add corn oil and mix until emulsified.


4.Add the Low-gluten wheat flour,baking powder and baking soda,then mix them well.

5.Add chopped peanuts,stir well and knead to be balls.

6.Make the balls coat with yolk egg liquid and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.

7.Preheat the oven,then bake at 180 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
