Peanut Butter Banana Thick Muffins

Easy and delicious little desserts are back! No oven required, just stir all the ingredients together and use a pan! These fluffy, thick, banana flavored muffins are topped with rich chocolate peanut butter and are so satisfying to bite into!

Ingredients:

120g low gluten flour

Yeast 1.5g

Milk 180g

Sugar 20g

One egg  

Banana

Chocolate peanut butter

Steps:

Crushing the bananas into banana puree.

Pouring the gluten flour, yeast, sugar, milk and egg into the banana puree then mix well.

Covering with plastic wrap and letting ferment at room temperature for 1 hour.

Pouring half of the batter in a preheated nonstick skillet and frying on low heat until small bubbles appear on the surface, spreading with chocolate peanut butter and top with banana slices.

Folding it up and cutting it into three pieces.

Tips:

This recipe can make two thick muffins.
