Today I’m sharing with you a colorful matcha nut cake. It’s super easy to make, with 0 sugar and 0 oil. It becomes more delicious the more you eat it and gives you a strong sense of fullness. Come and learn from me.

Ingredients: 120g low-gluten flour, 6g matcha powder, 2 eggs, 120g milk, 10g sugar, 3g baking powder, 30g nuts



Instructions:

1. Whisk together eggs, milk, and sugar until combined.

2. Add cake flour, matcha powder, and baking powder and mix well.

3. Add nuts, mix with the batter, and pour into the pan.

4. Sprinkle a little more nuts on the top. Bake at 150°C for 30 minutes. Your delicious matcha cake is ready!
