Here comes a low calorie, crave quenching, girl friendly cake with no added sugar or oil, no flour, and no whipping! It's a no fuss cake that everyone can learn.

Ingredients:

Oats 80g

Two bananas

One egg

Pitted jujube 15 pcs

Black sesame seeds 8g

Walnut kernels 30g

Baking powder 3g

Milk 60g


Steps:

1.Five black oatmeal ➕ baking powder, mixing well.

2.Bananas ➕ eggs ➕ milk, beaten into a batter.

3.Pouring jujube, walnut kernels, and black sesame seeds into the oatmeal.

4.Pouring in the banana batter and mixing well.

5.Lining a pound cake mould with baking paper and pouring in the oatmeal batter.

6.Sprinkling the top with jujube walnuts for garnish.

7.Baking at 170 degrees for 35 minutes, (cover the top with tinfoil for the last 10 minutes), done.

Tips:

The banana and jujube itself boosts the sweetness, so this is a cake that is sweet without sugar. One thing to note is to remember to let it sit for 5-10 minutes before baking to allow the baking powder to fully develop. Instant oats are fine for the oats.
