Today we are sharing a wholemeal nut steamed bread that is easy to make at home, with a rich wheat flavour, low calories and a strong sense of satiety, you can put some of the nuts you like to eat.
Ingredients:
Medium gluten flour 200g
Wholemeal flour 200g
Cornmeal 10g
Yeast 10g
Black sesame 30g
Quinoa 50g
Milk 240g
Chopped nuts 40g
Oatmeal 10g
Steps:
Adding all ingredients to the flour and mixing well. Pouring in milk and stirring to form a flocculent dough, then knead into a dough to wake for 2 hours.
The dough will become bigger after awakening, and then knead the dough again. After kneading, dividing it into smaller dough of the same size and arranging the shapes.
After fermentation, steaming in a pot for 25 minutes, and simmering for another 3 minutes before serving.
Tips:
Each flour has a different water absorption, so you can adjust the amount of water according to the state of the flour when you knead it!
