Ingredient:

corn oil 130g

two eggs

milk 240g

fine granulated sugar 90g

low gluten flour 240g

cocoa powder 50g

milk powder 50g

corn starch 50g

baking powder 8g

chopped walnut kernels 60g

suitable amount of heat resistant chocolate beans


Steps:

1.Putting milk, corn oil, eggs and fine granulated sugar into a bowl.

2.Mixing well with a hand whisk.

3.Sifting the powder and mixing it with a hand whisk until there is no dry powder. Do not over mix.

4.Adding the chopped walnut kernels and mixing well.

5.Put the paste into a decorative bag and squeeze it into a paper tray.

6.Sprinkling chocolate beans on the surface.

7.Baking in the middle of the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
