30g peanut butter, 250g bread flour, 20g milk powder, 130ml milk, 20g white sugar, 2g salt, 3g yeast, 1 piece egg (60 g), 15g butter, 30g raisins.

Instructions:

Step 1. Mix bread flour, milk powder, white sugar, salt, milk, and egg liquid and put it in the refrigerator overnight.

Step 2. Then put the refrigerated dough into the bread machine/cook machine to knead a thick film.

Step 3. Pour 5 grams of water into the bowl, dissolve 3 grams of yeast, pour it into the dough, continue to beat for 2 minutes until the yeast and dough are fully mixed.

Step 4. Then add butter and continue to beat for 4 minutes.

Step 6. Sprinkle some flour on the silicone mat to prevent sticking, then pour the fermented dough on the silicone mat, knead it into round cakes by hand, and divide it into 4 parts. Each part is rounded separately and covered with plastic wrap for 10 minutes.

Step 7. Then take a dough and roll it out into a beef tongue with a length of about 20cm and a width of about 7cm.

Step 8. Spread a layer of peanut butter evenly on 1/3 of the dough, and then put raisins on it.

Step 9. Use a scraper to cut the remaining 2/3 into thin strips of moderate thickness, and then roll the dough from left to right.

Step 10. Roll the remaining three doughs one by one.

Step 11. Brush a layer of butter on the 6-inch cake mold, and put the rolled dough into the mold. Just two can form a circle. Leave it in a warm place to ferment to double its size. Brush the fermented dough with a layer of milk or egg liquid, and spray some water before entering the oven.

Step 12. Preheat the oven at 170°C. After preheating, put it in the middle of the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Pay attention to the coloring in the middle. After the surface starts to color, you can cover with tin foil.
