Want to add a twist to your afternoon tea routine? Then learn how to make pistachio crepe scones! The puff pastry is layered, giving you a creamy buttery flavor followed by a rich nutty crunch. With just a few simple steps, you can transform an ordinary afternoon into a truly special occasion.

Ingredients: 200g low-gluten flour, 1g salt, 25g sugar, 80g butter, 1 egg yolk, 6g baking powder, 70g milk, pistachio paste as needed

Practice:

1. Combine the cake flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl and mix well.

2. Add the butter, chopped into small pieces, and knead until smooth. Pour in the milk and press into a dough.


3. Use a rolling pin to press the dough into a rectangle. Spread pistachio paste on it. Fold it in half with plastic wrap. Repeat twice. Wrap it in plastic wrap and freeze for 30 minutes.

4. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Remove the dough, cut off the sides, and divide into small pieces.


5.Brush the surface with egg yolk liquid and add coconut flakes (optional)

6.Put it in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes
