Ingredients:

80 g roasted chopped peanuts, 60 g raisins, 40 g corn oil, 35 g lard, 65 g sugar, 2 pieces eggs, 185 g low-gluten flour, 3 g baking powder, 1.5 g salt, some of black sesame seeds

Instructions:

Step 1. Roasted the peanuts in advance, go to the clothes, and roll them with a rolling pin. If you like to eat grainy, don't roll them too much. On the contrary, you can roll it up if you don't like it.

Step 2. Pick a smaller egg.

Step 3. Put the raisins in the water and wash them off in advance for later use. This step cannot be omitted, so that the raisins will not become hard after soaking.

Step 4. Put corn oil, lard, eggs, sugar and salt in the same basin, and use a manual whisk until emulsified.

Step 5. State after emulsification.

Step 6. Mix the low-gluten flour and baking powder evenly.

Step 7. Pour the powder into the emulsified oil.

Step 8. Pour the powder into the emulsified egg liquid and pinch it with your hands. Don't over-pinch to make the dough gluten.

Step 9. Shred the soaked raisins in advance.

Step 10. Pour roasted chopped peanuts and raisins into the dough and knead evenly. Please don't knead the dough excessively to make the dough gluten.

Step 11. The dough state is as shown in the figure, cover with plastic wrap and let it stand for about 15 minutes. Or put it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Step 12. Divide the dough into small balls of 12-15 grams. Hold it with your left hand, and pinch the circle with your right hand to form a circle. Put it in the baking tray and press it lightly. It will become a mushroom semicircle.

Step 13. Beat the egg yolks and brush the egg liquid with a soft brush.

Step 14. Repeat brushing the egg liquid twice.

Step 15. Sprinkle black sesame seeds for decoration.

Step 16. Preheat 180 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes. After roasting for ten minutes, lower the bottom heat to about 20 degrees, and roast for the last few minutes. Lower the primer by 20-30 degrees, otherwise the color will be too deep and the taste will be hard.
