Today we recommend a simple dessert that can be made with peanuts and glutinous rice. It is smooth, soft and delicate, full of the combination of peanut and almond aroma. If you don't know what dessert to make at home on holiday, you must try it!
Ingredients:
Peanuts 30g
Almonds 20g
Glutinous rice 10g
Steps:
Soaking peanuts in hot water for 30 minutes (1 hour in cold water).
Removing the peanut skins.
Putting it into the wall-breaker with the rest of the ingredients and pouring in 400-450ml of water (make sure you don't have too much water) and soya mode for 30 minutes.
Tips:
If you have a sweet tooth you can add sugar or honey, depending on your preference.
