Peanut butter toast- simple happiness

Ingredients: high gluten flour 250g, salt 30g, white granulated sugar 30g, dry yeast 3g, whole egg liquid 48g, light cream 55g, milk 114g, butter 10g, brown sugar 15g, peanut butter 30g(the essence of toast).

Steps:

1. Mix all ingredients except butter, brown sugar and peanut butter together to form a smooth and even dough.

2. Once the dough is formed, add butter and knead for 20 minutes. Dilute the peanut butter with a little warm water and add brown sugar and mix well for spare.

3. When the dough is is fermented to twice the size, dip your fingers into the surface and poke holes. If it doesn't collapse or retract, the fermentation is completed.

4. Then pat and press the dough to exhaust. After the exhaust, roll out into a large flake, and brush the prepared peanut butter evenly on the dough.

5.Roll up the dough and divide it into two twists, Put it in the toast box and wait for the second wake-up. Wait until the mold is 80% full. Place in the oven  and set  at 180℃ degree baking for 40 minutes!

6.Time is up! The aromatic toast full of peanut butter flavor is ready!
