This peanut cookie is made from very simple ingredients, but it's incredibly delicious! The texture is very fluffy and light, melting in your mouth instantly. What's more, it's super easy to make!
Ingredients:
100g butter
225g low-gluten flour
50g powdered sugar
5g baking powder
one egg
About 70g crushed roasted peanuts
Procedure Steps
1. Soften the butter at room temperature. Add the powdered sugar and beat until fluffy. Add the room-temperature whole egg mixture in two portions and beat until well combined.
2. Sieve in the low-gluten flour and baking powder, then stir thoroughly to form a dough without any dry flour.
3. Divide into 21-gram portions, roll into small balls and gently flatten them. Dust a little egg liquid on the surface (and beat another egg separately), then sprinkle with peanut crumbs. Place them in the baking tray.
4. Put it in the preheated oven at 175°C and bake for 25 minutes (adjust the temperature and time according to your own oven).
