Ingredients:

unsalted butter 80g

sugar powder 30g

milk 25g

peanut butter 80g

low gluten flour 160g


Steps:

Softening 80g of unsalted butter at room temperature.

After softening the unsalted butter, adding 30g of sugar powder and mixing well with an electric egg beater.  

Adding 25g of milk to the butter bowl in 2 batches. After each addition, please stir well before adding the next time.  

Adding 80g of peanut butter to the bowl and mixing well with an electric mixer.



Sifting in 160g of low gluten flour and mixing until there is no dry flour.  

Dividing these ingredients into 10g balls, arranging on a baking sheet and flattening with a fork.



Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake at 170 degrees for about 15-18 minutes.
