Hello everyone, today I am sharing New Year's gourmet pumpkin seed crispy pastry, you can make it yourself at home, here are two versions of it, learn it according to your preference!
Zero calorie version:
Whisking one egg white with 15g of zero carb sugar.
Adding 100g pumpkin seed kernels and 10g black sesame seeds and mixing well.
On a greased baking tray, spreading out evenly to flatten.
Honey version:
Whisking one egg white with 10g of honey.
Then add 120g of pumpkin seed kernels and mix well.
On a greased baking tray, spreading out evenly to flatten.
Baking:
Setting hot air mode and preheating at 180 ℃. Once preheated turn to 160 ℃. and bake for 15-17 minutes.
Tips:
The baking time and temperature has a lot to do with the thickness of the pumpkin kernel crisps. Let them cool and then remove the greaseproof paper, when they are completely cooled they are very crispy!
