Today we're sharing a super easy French apple lasagne that's low in oil, low in fat and nutritious. The lasagne refers to the layered apple slices inside, and the cake is covered with sliced almonds.
Ingredients:
Egg wash 116g
White sugar 30g
Butter 20g
Low gluten flour 80g
Milk 110g
Apples 260g
Sliced almonds Moderate
Practice:
1. Add the sugar to the egg wash and mix well.
2. Add the milk and butter and continue to mix well.
3. Sift in the low gluten flour and mix until smooth and grain-free.
4. Cut the apples into thin slices.
5. Pour into the cake batter, making the apple slices to blend well with the cake batter.
6. Prepare a 6-inch cake tin lined with grease proof paper.
7. Spread the apple slices into the cake mould in one layer, then pour in the cake batter and finish with a sprinkling of sliced almonds.
8. Place in the upper middle of the preheated oven at 170 ℃ for 40 minutes.
