1. Serves:
115g low-gluten flour
75g butter
60g sugar powder
35g cranberries
15g egg liquid
2. Instructions:
1) After the butter softened, add the sugar powder and stir evenly with a whisk;
2) Add 15g egg liquid and mix well;
3) Pour in dried cranberries (Cut dried cranberries a few times in advance, don’t chop too much);
4) Add low-gluten flour;
5) Stir the flour into a dough;
6) Shape the dough into a long strip and put it in the freezer of the refrigerator for one hour;
7) Take out the frozen dough and cut into pieces about 0.7cm thick;
8) Bake in the oven at 155 degrees for 20 minutes.
