For all you bread lovers out there, here's a bread with chocolate and nuts that really is a treat with every bite, the more you chew, the better it tastes!
Ingredients:
High gluten flour 200g
Yeast 3g
1 egg
Coffee 120ml
Chocolate beans 30g
Favorite nuts (walnuts, sesame seeds, peanuts, etc.)
Steps:
Mixing the gluten powder, yeast and eggs, adding the coffee in small quantities and kneading into a dough, then add the chocolate beans and nuts and knead into a dough.
Fermenting the dough until it has doubled in size, kneading and dividing it into 4 equal portions.
Rolling out the dough into a rectangle, pressing and rolling it up and letting it rise for a second time until it has doubled in size. Preheating the oven to 170 degrees and baking for 20 minutes.
