Here comes the chocolate peanut-flavored Basque cheesecake! I’m totally obsessed with it! It has a rich peanut aroma when you take a bite, tastes sweet but not greasy, and brings great satisfaction. Plus, it’s super easy to make—no whipping needed, just stir everything well and it’s done!
Ingredients:
Cream cheese: 220g
Whipping cream: 120g
Chocolate peanut butter: 50g
Eggs: 2
Low-gluten flour: 10g
Sugar: 55g
Frosting:
Whipping cream: 200g
Chocolate peanut butter: 20g
Sugar: 14g
Steps:
1. Soften the cream cheese, add sugar and stir well.
2. Add chocolate peanut butter to the bowl and mix evenly, beat the eggs, pour them into the bowl and stir thoroughly.
3. Pour in the whipping cream and mix well, then add sifted low-gluten flour and stir until combined.
4. Pour all the mixed ingredients into a 6-inch mold, put it in a preheated oven, bake at 210°C for about 20 minutes (adjust according to your oven), let it cool after baking, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
5. Whip the whipping cream with sugar until 60%-70% stiff, then add chocolate peanut butter and whip until 80%-90% stiff.
6. Frost the outer layer, pipe borders on the top, sprinkle peanut crumbs in the middle and decorate with teddy bear cookies.
Friends who love peanut flavor, hurry up and make it! The combination of chocolate peanut butter and cheesecake is perfect! The peanut butter is thick but not greasy, and the low-sugar chocolate has plump large peanut pieces, bringing triple texture. It’s irresistible to spread on bread or make other desserts.
