Homemade black oatmeal nut bar, black chocolate is mellow and rich. After the workout eat a piece of super gluttony, super satiety, you can add oatmeal and nuts in it.
Ingredients:
Black oatmeal 200g
Coconut oil 20g
Honey 30g
Roasted walnut kernels100g
Dried Cranberries 50g
Rose Petals 20g
100% black chocolate150g
Steps:
Mixing the dark oatmeal, coconut oil and honey together and baking in an air fryer at 140 degrees for 30 minutes, turning more often during this process to get even heat.
Adding roasted walnut kernels, dried cranberries and rose petals to the toasted oatmeal and mixing well before pouring in the melted dark chocolate over hot water.
Placing in silicone moulds to compact, then place in the freezer overnight and remove.
