The outer shell is crispy, fragrant and hard, while the inside has moderate-sized pores and is soft. Combined with the rich aroma of walnuts, the taste is rich and diverse. It's truly amazing!

Ingredients:

High-gluten flour 200g, yeast 3g, salt 3g, sugar 10g, warm milk/coconut milk 145g, walnut kernels 180g      

      

Steps:

1. Mix the yeast with warm milk/coconut milk and stir well.

2. Add salt and sugar to the flour and stir evenly. Then pour in the yeast mixture and stir evenly to form a smooth and elastic dough. Cover with cling film and let it ferment at room temperature.

3. Cut the fermented dough into two equal parts. Roll out each small piece of dough evenly. Spread the crushed walnut kernels evenly on one side of the dough. Roll it up from one end and slightly close the edges on both sides.

4. Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees for 5 minutes. Place an oil paper inside to serve as a base, then put the dough in and let it continue to rise for 30-40 minutes.

5. Sprinkle flour on the risen dough, make a few cuts on the surface, and cook it in the air fryer at 180 degrees for 13 minutes on the front side, followed by a 8-minute flip and cooking on the back side.
