Steps:

1.Chop the peanuts into small pieces.

2.Heat a wok and pour in 100ml of peanut oil. Once the oil is hot, add the chopped peanuts and stir continuously over low heat.

3.Stir-fry for about 10 minutes until the peanuts turn slightly yellow. Then add the white sesame seeds, chili powder and salt, and keep stirring for another 5 minutes before taking it out of the wok.
