Ingredients:

200g marshmallows, 40g butter, 160g small biscuits, 50g freeze-dried strawberries, 50g mixed nuts, 40g milk powder.

Production Methods:

1. Place the butter in a non-stick pan and melt it over low heat. Be careful not to let the butter boil.

2. Once the butter has melted, add the marshmallows. Keep the heat low and stir constantly with a silicone spatula until completely melted. Immediately turn off the heat and continue stirring to utilize the residual warmth.

3. Quickly add the milk powder and stir until fully incorporated with the marshmallows, forming a smooth, milky-white sugar paste.

4. Add the freeze-dried strawberries, nuts, and biscuits. First, roughly mix with the silicone spatula, then put on gloves and quickly fold and press the mixture by hand, ensuring all ingredients are evenly coated with the sugar glaze.

5. Sprinkle a layer of milk powder on the bottom of a baking tray to prevent sticking. Transfer the mixed Snowflake Crisp into the tray, and press it flat with your hands or a rolling pin to a thickness of about 2-3 cm. Sprinkle another layer of milk powder on the surface.

6. Let it cool and set for 1-2 hours. Then, cut it into even small pieces and store them in a sealed bag.
