Crisp, refreshing spinach walnut kernels that cuts through greasiness perfectly. This light, clean side dish is my go-to summer treat.
The spinach is tender and fresh, while the walnuts are crisp and fragrant—every bite is utterly satisfying!
Material Preparation:
Spinach 300g, Walnut Kernels 50g, Salt, Sesame Oil
Steps:
1.Wash the spinach thoroughly. Bring water to a boil in a pot, blanch the spinach for 10 seconds, then take it out.
2.Break walnut kernels into small pieces, blanch them in boiling water for 1 minute, then remove and drain well.
3.Heat oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot, add spinach and walnut kernels, stir-fry quickly over high heat.
4.Add an appropriate amount of salt and sesame oil, stir-fry evenly and it’s ready to serve.
