Today I'm sharing a great snack for spring break, it's crispy and delicious, each one contains the flavour of pecan nuts, and it's simple and easy to make successfully! Let's give it a try together!

Ingredients:

Butter 150g

Sugar powder 40g

Low gluten powder 220g

Pecan nut kernels 90g (or walnut kernels 90g)

Sea salt 2g


Steps:

Soften the butter at room temperature, if it's cold you can put it in the oven with the fermentation function or fermentation box to soften it, adding sea salt, icing sugar, and mixing it until it's smooth.

Sifting in the low gluten flour and tossing to coat.

Adding chopped pecan nuts and mixing well.

Putting on disposable gloves, dividing the dough into 10g pieces, kneading them into circles, and placing them in the baking tray one by one.

Oven at 180 ℃ for about 20 minutes.
