Today I'm sharing with you the peanuts mochi cake that I grew up eating! It's soft and sweet, and when you take a bite, the aroma of sesame and peanuts explodes in your mouth! It really smells so good! The main thing is that it's easy to make, so go ahead and give it a try!
Ingredients:
Peanuts
Black sesame
Glutinous rice flour
Corn starch
Steps:
1.Adding 30g corn starch and 50g sugar to 110g glutinous rice flour, pouring in 180g milk, stirring until no particles, sealing up with cling film, taking a toothpick to make small holes, and steam in a pan for 25 minutes.
2.Filling: 100g of cracked peanuts with 15g of black sesame, 20g of sugar, then mix well.
3.After steaming, adding 15g of butter and kneading into a ball, taking a small ball, wrapping it into the filling and covering it with a layer of cooked glutinous rice flour.
Tips:
You can add your favourite food to the filling as appropriate.
