Sharing a guilt-free indulgence: a low-calorie, sugar-free, oil-free peanut dark chocolate cocoa cake that’s foolproof! Super simple to make and incredibly delicious—just mix everything together, and it’s ready in 10 minutes!


Ingredients

- 50g whole wheat flour

- 10g raw cacao powder

- 1 egg

- 70g milk

- 1 banana

- 2-3g baking powder

- Dark chocolate (to taste)

- Peanut butter (to taste)


Instructions

1.Mash the banana into a paste, then add milk and egg. Mix well.

2.Add whole wheat flour, raw cacao powder, and baking powder. Stir until smooth.

3.Pour the batter into a mold (I used a 4-inch one). Top with dark chocolate chunks and peanut butter. Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 20 minutes.

This cake is absolutely divine! While baking, the aroma fills the air, and the peanut butter on top develops a slight crispness. Each bite is pure satisfaction!
