Delicious dried mangoes are loved by people, and today we make dried mangoes into small snacks, which are simple, crispy and sweet.

Ingredients:

Low-gluten flour 115g

Butter 75g

Egg 15g

Dried mango  35g

Sugar powder 50g

Instructions:

Step 1: Cut the dried mango into pieces in advance and set aside.

Step 2: Cut the butter into small pieces, let it soften at room temperature, add sugar powder, and mix well with a rubber spatula.

Step 3: Add the egg mixture and mix well.

Step 4: Pour in the dried mango pieces and mix well.

Step 5: Sift in the low-gluten flour.

Step 6: Knead into a uniform dough.

Step 7: Move to a table lined with plastic wrap, fold and press twice.

Step 8: Arrange into a cylinder with a diameter of about 4-5 cm, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate until the dough becomes firm.

Step 9: Take out the dough, remove the plastic wrap, and cut into rounds about 6-7mm thick.

Step 10: Arrange on a baking sheet.

Step 11: Put it into the preheated oven, the middle layer, the fire is 165℃ up and down, and bake for about 20 minutes.

Step 12: The surface is golden brown, out of the oven, put it on a drying rack to cool before eating.
