Ingredients

Blueberries,yogurt, nuts (as needed)

Chocolate Crisp Coating: 120g dark chocolate, 40g coconut oil

 

Instructions

1. Wash the blueberries clean.

2. Pour in yogurt and stir well.

3. Add nuts and stir until evenly combined.

4. Scoop out a spoonful, place it on a baking sheet, and refrigerate it in the freezer for three hours.

5. Melt dark chocolate over hot water, stir in crushed nuts and set aside.

6. Take the frozen blueberry bites, dip them fully in the chocolate mixture, then lift out. The coating will harden into a crisp shell in just 3 seconds.
