Ingredients:

Chinese cabbage, Roasted peanuts, Peanut oil, Light soy sauce, Oyster sauce, Salt, Chopped scallions, Flour.

Steps:

1. Knead the flour with warm water to form a dough that is not too hard. Let the smooth dough rest aside.

2. Chop the Chinese cabbage, add salt to dehydrate it for a short period, and then drain the water.

3. Roast the peanuts over low heat, remove the skins, and crush them.

4. Mix the cabbage filling, crushed peanuts, and an appropriate amount of peanut oil, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and chopped scallions together. Stir well until evenly combined.

5. Knead the dough again, roll it into wrappers, make dumplings, and boil them in boiling water for about 8 minutes.
