Yogurt ice cream is a favourite snack among young people. Today we will learn how to make the home version of yogurt ice cream. It is very simple, delicious and easier to make than ice cream.

Ingredients:

Yogurt 300g

Mango  200g

Raisins 30g

Dried cranberries 30g

Almonds 30g

Practice:

Step 1. Prepare and appropriate amount of yogurt.

Step 2. Cut the dried cranberries and raisins into small pieces, and cut the almonds in half.

Step 3. Peel and core the mango, cut the mango into pieces about the size of almonds.

Step 4. Pour the yogurt into a deep bowl, add half of the mango dices, almonds, dried cranberries and raisins, mix well.

Step 5. Prepare a deep rectangular plate, place a piece of oiled paper, pour the mixed yogurt and dried fruit into the plate, and smooth it out with a spoon.

Step 6. Finally, sprinkle the remaining half of the mango, almonds, dried cranberries and raisins over the yogurt evenly. Put it in the refrigerator at minus 18℃ and freeze for 4-5 hours, depending on the thickness of the yogurt.

Step 7. After the yogurt ice cream is ready, take it out with the parchment paper, cut it into small pieces with a knife and eat it with a spoon.
