Walnut, red dates and black sesame balls

With the cold winds in autumn and winter, the body is most susceptible to "drying out" and "wasting". A walnut, red date and sesame ball condenses the simplest "little tonic" of the three flavors into an easily accessible warmth. Walnuts moisten the brain, red dates fill the blood, and sesame nourish the kidneys. They are hand-rolled into small balls and only a small amount of honey is added to bind them. There are zero preservatives and zero added sugar.
The slightly sweet jujube aroma first hits the palate, and as you chew, the crunchy walnuts and oily aroma overflow layer by layer, soothing your dry throat and tired nerves. Take one tablet each morning and evening with warm water to moisturize your hair and warm your fingertips, bringing peace of mind that you are being cared for with every breath you take in autumn and winter.
Ingredients:
250g cooked black sesame seeds
Ripe walnut kernels 100g
40g pitted red dates
Honey 110g
Procedure steps:
1. Sift out the black sesame seeds and fry until cooked. Roast the walnuts and cut them into small pieces, remove the cores of the red dates and cut them into small cubes. Mix all the ingredients evenly after processing.
2. Pour honey into a non-stick pan and cook over low heat until big bubbles appear. Pour in all the above ingredients, mix well and turn off the heat.
3 .When it cools to hand temperature, wear disposable gloves to easily grasp it into a ball without sticking, and then form it into a round ball. (20g/piece).
4. Wrap in tin foil and store.
5. It’s delicious and ready to eat!
