Ingredients:
oats 100g
one banana
one egg
baking powder 3g
jujube 50g
walnut kernels 30g
Steps:
Mashing the banana into a puree, adding the egg and mixing well.
Adding oats, baking powder and mix well then pour in walnut kernels, jujube and mix well.
Dividing into 9 equal portions, flatten and organise to shape, preheat the oven at 170 ℃ for 10 minutes and bake at 170 ℃ for 20 minutes.
Jujube is extra aromatic and because of the banana and jujube, every bite is sweet! Give an extra serving of low calorie dessert for afternoon tea.
