Sweet dried fruit yam puree

Ingredients:
Yam 1 piece, condensed milk 20g, dried cranberries 20 g, dried mango slice 2 pieces
Instructions:
Step 1. Peel the yam, wash and cut into pieces, and steam for 20 minutes (remember to wear gloves when peeling, or your hands will be itchy).
Step 2. Wrap the rolling pin with plastic wrap and mash the steamed yam into puree.
Step 3. Sift the puree.
Step 4. The sieved yam puree is velvety on the back of the screen.
Step 5. Use a spoon to scrape the yam puree into a bowl, add 20 grams of condensed milk and stir evenly.
Step 6. Prepare dried mangoes and dried cranberries.
Step 7. Chop into small particles.
Step 8. Add to the yam puree and stir evenly.
Step 9. Take a hollow mold, place it on plastic wrap, fill it with yam puree, cover it with plastic wrap, and press it into shape.
Step 10. Take it out and put it on the plate or mix it and eat it directly, or put a fresh-keeping bag on your hand and knead it into a ball.
