Ingredients:
Taro paste part:
Taro 300g
Purple sweet potato starch 6g
Powdered sugar 25g
Roast milk 20g
Cream 110g
Roast milk part:
Egg 1
Egg yolks 3
Fine sugar 20g
Condensed milk 25g
Milk 95g
Light cream 160g
Practice:
1. Stir the steamed taro, purple sweet potato powder, sugar powder, condensed milk and cream together and mash them with a wall breaker;
2. Prepare several disposable paper cups and preheat the oven to 180°C in advance;
3. Put the taro paste into disposable paper cups, about 80 grams each;
4. Mix all the ingredients for the roasted milk part together and stir evenly;
5. Sieve them;
6. Pour into paper cups, also about 80 g each;
7. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes, then increase the heat to 210°C and continue baking until you are satisfied with the color;
8. After baking, take it out and let it cool. The fragrant taro paste roasted milk is ready.
