Raisin fresh milk toast

Making bread by yourself is healthy and delicious. The fresh milk, eggs, milk powder and raisins used in the toast are all safe ingredients and nutritious. Let's try it together!  


Ingredients:

High gluten flour 260g

Milk powder 25g

Yeast 3g

Sugar 45g

Milk 130g

Eggs 35g

Salt 2g

Butter 25g

Raisins 50g

Appropriate amount of whole egg liquid


Steps:  

1.Putting all the ingredients except the butter and raisins into a chef's machine then turn it on to speed 4 for 2 minutes.

2.Adding the softened butter and turning the chef's machine on speed 7 for 4 minutes.

3.Putting in the raisins and turning the chef's machine on speed 4 for half a minute then mix the raisins into the dough.

4.Putting the dough into the oven then ferment it for 1 hour with the fermentation function, the temperature is 35, with another cup of warm water for humidification.

5.Dividing into two portions and covering with plastic wrap to wake up for 15 minutes.

6.Taking out the dough and rolling it out.

7.Rolling it up and covering with plastic wrap and leaving to wake up for 20 minutes.

8.Rolling out again.

9.Turning it over, pressing the bottom thin and rolling it up.

10.Placing in toast moulds.

11.Ferment until 90% full of the surface and brush with whole egg wash.

12.Baking in the oven for 30 minutes at 165 degree on the upper heat and 175 degree on the lower heat.
