Home steamed cake is here! The taste is as good as the outside, no oven, no kneading, you can do it in one go. With raisins adding which taste sour and sweet, the inside is dense and soft, melting when you bite it, delicious and easy to digest, everyone go to try it!


Ingredients:

Eggs: 3

light flour: 50g

Milk: 35g

Corn oil (or walnut oil) :20g

Sugar :20g

Raisins: Moderate



Practice:

1. Mix the corn oil and milk until emulsified. Beat in three egg yolks until smooth. Sift in the flour and beat until smooth.



2. Pour egg whites into an oil-free waterless container. Beat with a whisk until the fish's eye bubbles. Pour in sugar and beat until the meringues form hooks when lifted from the whisk.

3. Pour 1/3 of the meringue into the egg yolks and mix well. Then pour back the remaining meringue and mix well.

4. Line the bottom of a 6-inch cake mold with raisins, pour in cake batter, gently shake out bubbles, and cover the surface with foil.

5. Boil the water and steam for 40 minutes, stew for 5 minutes, remove and let cool.
