Pecan Ice Cream

The most comfortable thing in summer is to have a bite of ice cream with nutty aroma. Pecan ice cream simultaneously satisfies the cool surprise of taste and taste buds.The unique oily aroma of pecans makes it sweet but not greasy.

Material Preparation:

pecans,dates,two egg yolks,white granulated sugar 20g,milk 150g,whipping cream

250g

Steps:

1.Blend pecans and dates together into nut butter.

2.Pour egg yolks, white granulated sugar, milk, and nut butter into a pot and stir until combined. Then pour into the whipped cream and continue stirring.

3.Squeeze into molds and freeze.

4.Once frozen, sprinkle with pecans, and the pecan ice cream is ready!
