The Lantern Festival is approaching. Are you ready for your tangyuan? The most we eat is the sesame filled tangyuan, It will taste more delicious with peanuts and walnuts. The steps are also very simple.


Ingredients:

Peanut kernels

Black sesame

Walnut kernels 145g

Lard 50g

White sugar 25g

Honey 10g

Glutinous rice flour 250g

Boiled water 180g

Corn oil 10-15 g


Steps:

Beating the peanut kernels, black sesame, walnut kernels and white sugar in the blender, then stir the lard and honey evenly, rubbing into 7-8g balls and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.



Pouring the glutinous rice flour into the kneading bucket of the chef's machine and pouring in boiling water, selecting level 2 to stir until there is no dry flour, then switch to level 3 and mix to form the dough.  



Kneading the dough with the corn oil until smooth and elastic, covering with plastic wrap to prevent it dry cracking, rolling it into a 15g ball and flatten it, wrapping it with the filling and rolling it into a circle, sprinkling with glutinous rice flour to prevent it from sticking.


When the water is boiling, adding the tangyuan, then turn the heat down to medium and cook until it rises to the surface.

The peanut black sesame tangyuan is so soft and sweet, and the peanut flavour is so satisfying when you bite into it!
