Sugar 50g

Salt 3g

Whipped Cream 125g

Instructions:

Step 1: Pour 125ml of milk into a large bowl, add 35g of sugar and 3g of salt, mix well and dissolve.

Step 2: Add 15g of sugar to the whipped cream and beat until fluffy, that is, the texture is clear, but the fluidity becomes poor, and there is no need to beat it too much.

Step 3: Pour the milk and peanut butter into the whipped cream and mix well. If you are in a hurry, use a whisk a few times.

Step 4: Pour into the silicone ice cream mold and gently shake the surface (you can put it on a tray before pouring the ice cream batter, which is convenient for shaking the mold and carrying it into the refrigerator). Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
