Peanut Butter Chocolate Brownie

A low calorie dessert with 0 sugar and 0 oil that you can eat even during fat loss! The amount of butter and sugar used in traditional brownies is really much! The main source of sweetness in this brownie recipe is banana, so it's delicious and not fattening! Ingredients and practice are also very simple, just need to stir it.

Ingredients:

Banana 210g

1 egg

Milk 80g

Wholemeal flour 50g

Cocoa powder 20g

Baking powder 3g

A little sea salt

Mixed Black Chocolate 30g

Moderate amount of peanut butter

Moderate amount of chocolate on the surface layer


Steps:

Pureeing the banana and whisking in the milk and egg.

Sifting the wholemeal flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and sea salt into a bowl and stirring well.

Stirring in 30g of crushed black chocolate and pouring the cake batter into the mould.

Adding some peanut butter to the top and running a toothpick through it.



Top with a good amount of chocolate to enrich the colour and texture.

Preheating the oven 180 degrees in advance and baking for 30 minutes.
