Ingredients:

Walnut kernels 300g

Yellow rock sugar 50g

Brown sugar 40g

Honey 20g

Water

white sesame 20g

Instructions:

Step 1. Weigh 300 grams of walnut kernels.

Step 2. Honey, rock sugar, brown sugar, peeled raw sesame seeds are ready.

Step 3.Bring the water to a boil, pour in the raw walnut kernels, cook for two minutes and set aside, this is to remove bitterness.

Step 4. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot and add rock sugar.

Step 5. When the rock sugar is almost dissolved, pour in the brown sugar.

Step 6. Pour in the honey.

Step 7. Pour in the boiled walnut kernels and sesame seeds.

Step 9. Pour into a baking tray lined with greased paper and place with chopsticks.
