Today we are sharing a recipe for cocoa peanut cookies. This cookie is very easy to make and requires only stirring and mixing. which can be done well by green hand bakers.

Ingredients:

Whole egg liquid 63g

White sugar 55g

Salt 1.5g

Corn oil 135g

Chunky peanut butter 26g

Low gluten powder 290g

Baking powder 4g

Milk powder 25g

Cocoa powder 5.5 g

One egg yolk

Appropriate amount chopped peanut kernels


Steps:


1.Adding the corn oil, peanut butter, salt and sugar to the whole egg liquid and mixing well.



2.Sifting in the low gluten flour, milk powder and baking powder.



3.Mixing to form a dough.



4.Dividing the dough into two parts and adding the cocoa powder to one of them.



5.Dividing the dough into small balls, about 15g each, and then flatten the balls slightly.



6.Brushing the yolk liquid on the surface of the small balls and sprinkling with chopped peanut kernels.



7.Baking in the oven at 160 ℃ for about 30 minutes.
