Here comes the mango nougat course you want! The easy-to-learn mango nougat has a soft, milky flavor and is so delicious that you can’t stop it!
Ingredients:
180g marshmallow, 120g milk powder, 30g butter, 50g almond, 120g dried mango slice. (just cut dried mango slices into small pieces)
Steps:
1.Melting the butter in a nonstickpan over low heat.
2.After the butter has melted, add marshmallow and stir fry. Turn off the heat when the marshmallow melt.
3.Pouring in the milk powder and stiring evenly. When the milk powder is completely blended into the marshmallow, adding the chopped dried mango slice and nut, then stir evenly and pour it into a baking tray lined with greased paper to flatten the surface.
4.After the nougat is completely cooled, cutting it into pieces and packing it, and the mango nougat is complete!
Tips: Low heat during the whole frying process. Be sure to turn off the heat and stir quickly when pouring the milk powder.
