Material Preparation:100g glutinous rice flour, 150g peanut kernels, 20g goji berry, 30g honey, 10g white granulated sugar
Steps:
1.Take 100g of glutinous rice flour and stir-fry it in a non-stick pan over low to medium heat until it turns slightly yellow.Let it cool down and set aside for later use.
2.Put 150g peanut kernels into the oven,bake them at 160° for about 10 minutes.Once cooled,rub off the peanut skins and grind the peanut into powder.
3.Thoroughly mix the cooked glutinous rice flour with the peanut powder.
4.Chop 15g goji berry,then add 30g of honey and 10g of white granulated sugar to the chopped wolfberries.
5.Press and unmold using a mold,and the Goji Berry Peanut Cake is ready!
