Ingredients: 100g macadamia nut kernels, 250g cocoa mass, 100g cocoa butter, 100g glucose, 10g cocoa powder, 5g soy lecithin, 50g light cream

Instructions:

1. Mix the cocoa mass and cocoa butter into a water-free and oil-free container, melting them at 75 degrees hot water, and stir clockwise continuously.

2. Sift in the cocoa powder and stir evenly after all is dissolved.

3. Put the whipped cream and glucose in a pot and cook until all are melted. The cooked liquid is slowly poured into the chocolate, while pouring in and stirring constantly.

4. Sift in soy lecithin and stir evenly.

5. Pour the macadamia nuts into the chocolate paste and mix well

6. Pour the chocolate paste into a square mold, flatten it with a spatula, and put it in the refrigerator for one hour.

7. After the chocolate solidified, release it from the mold and cut into chunks for consumption.

8. Remember to store the prepared chocolate in an airtight container  in a cool place.
