Ingredients

Caramel sauce: 150g whipping cream, 125g granulated sugar, 25g butter, 10g water

Cookies: 150g butter, 40g powdered sugar, 10g whipping cream, 2g salt, 15g coffee sauce, 220g low flour

Caramel nuts: 90g macadamia nuts, 35g caramel sauce


Steps

1. Prepare two milk pans. Heat whipping cream in one pan until it reaches 40g and turn off the heat.

2. Add granulated sugar and water to another pan and heat it over low heat. Do not stir. You can lift the pan and shake it. Turn off the heat when it turns amber. Pour whipping cream in and then add butter and mix well.

3. Chop the macadamia nuts slightly, mix the caramel sauce with the macadamia nuts and set aside.

4. Soften the butter at room temperature, add powdered sugar and sea salt, mix well, and beat with a whisk until the color turns white.

5. Add whipped cream, mix, and add coffee sauce to mix.

6. Sift in flour until no dry powder is visible, divide into 15g dough pieces, flatten, make a hole in the middle and put the prepared caramel nuts in it

7. Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 16 minutes.
