There should be no one who doesn't love dark chocolate and pecans, right? It's delicious enough to eat alone, but mixing the two together will give you a more layered taste!
Ingredients:
Pecans 15pieces
70% unsweetened dark chocolate 20g
Coarse salt/pink salt appropriate amount
milk/cream 10ml
Instructions:
Step 1. First, confirm whether your pecans are raw or cooked.
If it is raw, we roast it first, here you can use the oven or microwave to roast the pecans.
Step 2. Then do the chocolate sauce part.
Put two pieces of chocolate 20g in a bowl, add a little bit of milk/cream, the purpose is to make the chocolate melt more evenly and not too sticky, put it in the microwave and beat for 20-30s.
Step 3. Add a little less milk/cream first, if it feels too thick after stirring, you can add more, but don’t pour too much. Take it out and mix well.
Step 4. Add a pinch of salt. Salt will not make the chocolate taste salty, but will make it sweeter.
Step 5. Dip the pecans into the chocolate sauce, or you can take a small spoon and scoop it up, you can dip as much or as little as you want, just leave a space for your own hand on the top. It is recommended that pecans be dipped in 1/3 to look good, and they are chubby like wearing a small hat.
Step 6. Put the pecans dipped in the chocolate sauce on a plate lined with greased paper, and put them in the refrigerator to cool for 10 minutes. Wait for the chocolate to solidify and you can eat it!
