The chocolate peanut bread stick no sugar and oil , that is easy to make without a chef's machine and no kneading,which can be done by green hand,Let's try together!

Ingredients:

High gluten flour 300g

Yeast 5g

Milk 240g

Salt 2g

Cocoa powder 10g

Chopped peanuts

Suitable amount of heat resistant chocolate beans


Steps:

Mixing all the ingredients together and kneading until there is no dry flour, then leave to ferment in a warm place until doubled in size.  

Dusting a kneading mat with extra dry flour, pressing the dough to deflate it, rolling it out into a rectangle, cutting it evenly into 8 parts, twisting it into long strips then place it on a baking tray.

Continuing to ferment until it becomes significantly larger, then preheat in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.



Tips:

The chocolate beans can be left out or replaced with other accompaniments of your choice.
