Modern medical research has found that peanut has a high nutritional value, which is rich in fat and protein. It is measured that peanut contain 44% -45% fat , 24% -36% protein , and the sugar content is about 20%. Peanut also contains a variety of vitamins such as thiamamine, riboflavin, nicknic acid, etc. The mineral content is also very rich in peanut, especially the essential amino acids, which can promote brain cell development, enhance memory function, and effectively delay the human body's premature aging.

It is interesting that the vitamin K in the peanut has a hemostatic effect.
