Banana walnut muffin cake

Last time we recommended a walnut chocolate muffin cake that was easy to make and delicious. Today we continue to recommend a banana walnut muffin cake with the same simple method. Let's learn it together!

Ingredients:

banana 150g

low gluten flour 140g

butter 140g

whole egg liquid 100g

white granulated sugar 40g

milk 40g

baking powder 4g

salt 1 g

chopped walnut kernels 45g

moderate amount of high temperature resistant baked chocolate beans


Steps:

1.Soften the butter at room temperature then add the granulated sugar.

2.Whipping until fluffy and white.  

3.Addig egg liquid and beating.

4.Be sure to add them in several times, otherwise the oil and eggs will easily separate.

5.Sifting in half of the flour and mixing well.

6.Adding half of the milk and mixing well,

sifting half of the powder and mixing well,

adding half of the milk and mixing well.

7.Adding banana puree and chopped walnut kernels 30g and mixing well.

8.Putting the paste into a laminating bag and squeezing it into a paper tray 8 percentage full.

9.Sprinkling the remaining chopped walnut kernels and chocolate beans on the surface.

10.Preheating the oven to 180 degrees and baking on the middle shelf for about 30 minutes.


Tips:

If you think bananas are not sweet enough, you can add some sugar, or add sugar appropriately according to your personal preference. Chopped walnut kernels can be smaller will taste better.
